Pumba Rewards Year in Review: Milestones Made, Rewards Earned, and What’s Coming in 2026

As we wrap up our first full year of Pumba Rewards at MCF, we’re excited to look back at the early progress, participation, and momentum the program has begun to build.

What started as a simple idea to recognize great work has now proven itself as something with real potential — a foundation we can continue shaping into a full engagement system that celebrates craftsmanship, teamwork, professionalism, and our shared culture. Although the program is still in its early stages, we’re seeing steady growth in participation and interest, and it’s becoming clearer each month that Pumba Rewards can grow into a meaningful and consistent part of how we recognize effort, celebrate progress, and appreciate the people who go the extra mile.

 

Participation Highlights

This year the crew showed up in all kinds of ways. Points were earned through training completions, project photos, customer shoutouts, culture and leadership badges, content contributions, and even just staying plugged in through company emails. Installers, PMs, office staff, leadership — everyone had a hand in keeping Pumba Rewards moving. It’s been awesome to watch the participation spread across the whole team.

On the badge side, people earned recognition for OSHA and CPR milestones, big photo uploads, Flexitions installs, culture contributions, challenges, and even hitting major career moments like Journeyman status. Every badge tells a little story about growth, teamwork, and the pride everyone puts into their work — and together it really shows how much this team continues to level up.
