The JMAN Rewards Program: Turning Hard Work Into Opportunity
To help support our journeymen in reaching major life goals, we created the JMAN Rewards Program.
Through this program, journeymen earn points for every hour worked. Those points are banked over time and can be redeemed after purchasing a home to help cover real-life expenses like moving costs, furniture, appliances, and more.
It’s our way of recognizing the effort our installers put in every day and turning that dedication into long-term support— For Dave, Brian, Ruben, Raymundo, and others and that’s something we’re incredibly proud of.
