This strategic move positions Flexitions as an independent entity under the Mike's Custom Flooring umbrella, allowing it to leverage the wealth of experience, resources, and industry insight brought by the Owner & CEO Eric Esparza. Eric will also assume the role of Owner & CEO at Flexitions, overseeing the operations of both companies. This collaboration will foster innovation and growth across both companies.
