Our installation team went the extra mile—literally—making multiple five-hour trips to Mammoth to complete the project. With all the back-and-forth, it felt like we were joining the LA Kings’ travel schedule! The journey reminded us why we love what we do—our team’s dedication turned the challenge into a fun adventure.
Material Acclimation: A Rinkside Challenge
Imagine this: chewing gum softens in heat and hardens in the cold—ECORE Blade Rubber behaves similarly, needing the right conditions to perform at its best. We strategically planned the transport to match the ideal season and set the rubber to acclimate to the rink while ensuring it was perfectly balanced before installation. No stretching or snapping—just a flawless finish that stands strong over time.

The client gave us a month—we completed it in three weeks! With a little bit of strategic planning, we sped through the project faster than a hockey puck on ice. The Blade Rubber we selected was the perfect match for a rink that sees everything from ice skates to the occasional wild stunt!
