ABOUT THE ROLE
Mike’s Custom Flooring is hiring a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support both job site deliveries and daily warehouse operations. This role is split between driving company vehicles for deliveries and working in the warehouse loading, organizing, and preparing materials.
We are looking for candidates who are comfortable being on the road throughout the day when needed, while also contributing to a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment.
This is a physically active role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to switch between driving and warehouse tasks as business needs change.
Key Responsibilities
Drive company vehicles to deliver flooring materials to job sites and customers
Load, secure, and unload materials for transport
Navigate to different delivery locations throughout the day
Communicate with installers and customers on delivery timing
Perform daily vehicle inspections
Assist with warehouse loading, staging, and organization when needed
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
Valid California Driver’s License (Required)
Must pass a background check and drug screening (conducted after a conditional offer of employment)
Clean driving record (MVR check required)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Reliable and punctual
