What is XP?
XP is how we recognize the work that keeps our team moving forward. From project photos and training to teamwork, milestones, and performance, XP turns everyday effort into recognition you can actually see.
It’s more than just rewards — it’s a system built to celebrate progress, highlight contributions, and strengthen culture across the company.
HOW IT WORKS
The process is simple:
1. Do the Work
Complete your daily responsibilities, contribute to projects, participate in events, and stay engaged with the team.
2. Earn Recognition
Points and badges are awarded for milestones, engagement, training, performance, and other meaningful contributions.
3. Track Your Progress
Inside the Pumba PM / GO app you can view your points, badges, leaderboard position, and recent activity.
4. Unlock Rewards
Redeem your points in the Rewards Center for gear, experiences, tech, and other exclusive rewards.
The more you engage, contribute, and grow, the more XP you earn.

Earn XP by keeping projects well documented. Upload photos, add notes, attach documents, update contacts, and contribute the details that help the team stay informed and organized.
Quality documentation helps track progress, improve communication, and create a reliable record of the work being done.

Earn badges for training completions, certifications, achievements, tenure, and other milestones that highlight your growth and contributions.
Each badge represents a meaningful step forward in skills, development, or engagement within the team.

Many engagement opportunities may be announced through The Loop throughout the year.

XP can also be earned through leadership development and self-awareness activities within the Dignify platform. These exercises focus on personal growth, communication, and understanding how we work best with others.

The Loop is where XP updates come to life.
It’s the place for company news, challenge announcements, event check-ins, and recognition moments. Some posts allow actions like thumbs-up acknowledgements, event RSVPs, photo sharing, or links to additional details.
If something important is happening — or someone deserves a shoutout — you’ll find it in The Loop.
